Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Easy Vibe, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the service.
2. Service
Easy Vibe provides hosted software for AI coding education, app planning, prompt practice, code understanding, learning paths, deployment checklists, and workspace guidance. Outputs are educational and operational aids only. They are not legal, tax, financial, investment, security, compliance, or professional advice.
3. Customer Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your app ideas, prompts, data, code, deployments, payments, customers, compliance obligations, and business decisions. You must review all AI-assisted outputs before using them and must not upload data you lack the right to use.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
Paid plans are processed through Creem or another payment processor. Annual billing may be discounted compared with monthly billing. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in a signed writing. You authorize recurring charges for the selected plan until cancellation takes effect.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with security, reverse engineer non-public systems, attempt unauthorized access, overload infrastructure, scrape the service, submit unlawful or infringing data, use the service to violate third-party rights, or use outputs for harmful, deceptive, illegal, or abusive activity.
6. Intellectual Property
We and our licensors retain all rights in the service, software, branding, design, documentation, and non-public systems. You retain rights in content you submit, but grant us the rights needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service and to enforce these Terms.
7. Third-Party Services
The service may link to or depend on third-party services such as payment processors, hosting providers, analytics infrastructure, and public repositories. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, security, or policies.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, and results from using the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Vibe and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, business interruption, or replacement-service damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if no amount was paid.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Easy Vibe and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your code, your deployments, your customers, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
11. Disputes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. Class actions, class arbitration, representative actions, private attorney general actions, and jury trials are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law. If any part of this section is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective.
12. Changes and Termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service, modify these Terms, or terminate access when needed for security, legal, business, operational, or abuse-prevention reasons. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
