This Privacy Policy explains how Easy Vibe processes information when visitors use easy-vibe.space, request checkout, contact support, or use the hosted learning workspace. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Information We Process
We may process contact details, account identifiers, plan selection, payment status, support messages, app ideas submitted by users, workspace activity, first-party analytics events, device and browser metadata, IP-derived region, referrer data, and security logs. Payment card details are handled by Creem or another payment processor and are not stored by us as full card numbers.
3. How Information Is Used
Information is used to provide and improve the service, operate checkout, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, measure conversion performance, respond to support requests, comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect legal rights.
4. Sharing and Processors
We share information only with service providers needed for hosting, payments, analytics, security, support, legal compliance, or business operations, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information. Processors are required to use information only for authorized service purposes.
5. User Content and App Ideas
You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit confidential, regulated, sensitive, or third-party data unless you have the right to do so. We may process submitted content to provide the workspace, generate learning paths, investigate abuse, and defend legal claims.
6. Security and Retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service is guaranteed perfectly secure. We retain information for as long as needed for service delivery, records, security, billing, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and legitimate business purposes, then delete or de-identify it when appropriate.
7. Your Choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export where applicable by contacting support@aigeamy.com. We may decline or limit requests when retention is required for security, billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or protection of rights.
8. International Use
The service may be operated from and processed in countries different from your location. By using Easy Vibe, you understand that information may be transferred and processed where service providers operate.
